4 c. biscuit baking mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. lemon-lime soda 1/2 c. butter, melted
In a bowl, combine baking mix, sour cream and soda; stir until a sticky dough forms. Lightly flour countertop; pat dough into a 13-inch by 9-inch rectangle. With a greased knife, cut into 8 squares. Spread melted butter in a 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange squares in pan, making sure there is some butter between the biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm. Makes 8 biscuits. | |
