3 T. butter, divided 3/4 c. milk 2/3 c. all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 t. salt 1 c. cooked ham, cubed 21-oz. can apple pie filling 1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
In a 9” glass pie plate, melt 2 tablespoons butter in oven. In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, eggs and salt. Using a wire whisk, beat until smooth; pour batter into pie plate. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in a 10” skillet, melt remaining one tablespoon butter until sizzling; add ham and apple pie filling. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Spoon filling into center of hot pancake: sprinkle with cheese. Cut into wedges. Makes 4 servings. | |
