2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, diced 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, diced 1 t. garlic salt 1 t. onion salt 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 t. seasoned salt 1 c. chopped pecans 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped Garnish: holly leaves and maraschino cherries
Blend cream cheese, onion, green pepper, pineapple, cherries, garlic salt, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt together. Shape into 3 balls. Roll in pecans and parsley. Top with a holly leaf and cherry. | |
