2-lb. salmon fillet
2 T. fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 T. lime zest
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 T. butter, melted, or olive oil
1/2 t. lime juice
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Sprinkle salmon with ginger, lime zest, salt and pepper. Combine butter or olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl; brush salmon with mixture. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4
