3 T. paprika
1 T. onion powder
1 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. celery salt
1/8 t. garlic powder
2 t. salt
2 t. pepper
4 tilapia fillets
2 T. oil
Garnish: lemon wedges
Mix seasonings in a shallow bowl or on a plate. Press both sides of tilapia fillets into seasoning mixture; let stand for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook
fillets for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish to a serving plate and garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
