1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1 onion, chopped 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. catsup 2 T. brown sugar, packed 1 t. dry mustard 1/4 t. nutmeg
Mix together beef, eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and bread crumbs; form mixture into a loaf and place in slow cooker. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cook on high 15 additional minutes. Serves 4 to 6. | |
