Enjoy this recipe from Christmas Comfort Foods.

Submitted by: Laura Witham from Anchorage, AK

3 6-oz. salmon fillets
1 to 2 T. olive oil
2 t. lemon pepper
1 t. dried dill weed
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
15-oz. jar Alfredo sauce
2 c. chicken broth
16-oz. pkg. farfalle pasta, uncooked
4-oz. jar capers, drained

Arrange salmon fillets on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; lightly drizzle with olive oil. Combine all seasonings in a cup; sprinkle evenly over salmon. Cover salmon on baking sheet with foil; crimp sides all around to make a package. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, on the stovetop in a large skillet or stockpot, combine Alfredo sauce and chicken broth; bring to a simmer. Add uncooked pasta. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Once salmon is done, remove from oven, uncover and flake with a fork. Gently mix salmon and capers into cooked pasta and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
