2 T. granulated sugar substitute
2 c. boiling water
12-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, partially thawed
16-oz. can crushed pineapple
16-oz. can fruit cocktail
16-oz. can diced peaches
11-oz. can mandarin oranges drained
7 bananas, peeled and sliced
Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Blend remaining ingredients together; add orange juice mixture. Pour into 8-ounce styrofoam cups; cover each with aluminum foil. Place in freezer; freeze. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving. Makes 16 to 18 servings.
