2 c. small shell macaroni, cooked
1 c. tiny shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 T. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1-1/2 c. carrots, peeled and grated
2 c. frozen peas
3/4 c. mayonnaise-style salad dressing
1/2 c. French salad dressing
1 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
Garnish: shoestring potatoes
Combine macaroni, shrimp and vegetables in a large bowl; toss well and set aside. Combine salad dressings, salt and garlic powder in a small bowl; blend well and toss with macaroni mixture. Chill; garnish with shoestring potatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
