2 lb. pork tenderloin
14-1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes with garlic and onions
4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 to 3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
Place tenderloin in a lightly greased 9”x13” baking pan. Pour tomatoes with juice and olives over top. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about one hour, until no longer pink in the center. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
