1 lb. ground pork sausage, browned and drained
10-oz. pkg. frozen peas
and carrots
24-oz. pkg. prepared mashed potatoes
12-oz. jar beef gravy
Combine sausage with peas and carrots in a slow cooker. Spoon mashed potatoes evenly over mixture; top with gravy. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 6 servings
