1 c. margarine, softened 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 6 T. baking cocoa 1 c. all-purpose flour 1-1/2 t. vanilla extract 1/2 t. salt 7-oz jar marshmallow creme 2 c. crispy rice cereal 1 c. creamy peanut butter 12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Blend together margarine and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread batter into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Spread with marshmallow creme and sprinkle with cereal, pressing lightly. In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and chocolate chips; stir until melted. Spread chocolate mixture over cereal. Let cool completely; cut into squares. Makes one dozen. | |
