4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 c. corn syrup 1 c. peanut butter, divided 1 t. vanilla extract 3/4 c. butter, softened 2/3 c. chocolate chips 1/3 c. butterscotch chips
Combine oats, brown sugar, corn syrup, 1/3 cup peanut butter, vanilla and butter; spread in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Stir chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and remaining peanut butter together; spread over hot bars. Makes 2 dozen. | |
