6 chicken breasts, or your favorite pieces
1 c. apricot preserves
1-oz. pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. Italian salad dressing
Remove skin from chicken, if desired. Arrange chicken in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Dollop preserves over chicken; sprinkle with soup mix and drizzle with salad dressing. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, until chicken juices run clear when pierced. Makes 6 servings.
