1 T. butter, softened
2 slices sandwich bread
3/4 c. shredded fontina, Muenster or Cheddar cheese
Spread butter over one side of each bread slice. Place one bread slice on a heated waffle iron, butter-side down. Top with cheese and second bread slice, butter-side up. Close waffle iron; cook for about 2 minutes until golden. Makes one sandwich.
