6 c. water
4 c. sugar
32-oz. can pineapple juice
6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 bananas, mashed
3 qts. ginger ale, chilled
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale; mix well. Divide into 8 plastic zipping freezer bags; freeze. Remove bags from freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving. Pour into punch bowl; add 3 quarts of chilled ginger ale. Makes 40 servings.
