2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 T. onion, finely chopped
1 T. pimento, finely chopped
1 T. green pepper, finely chopped
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. lemon juice
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, toasted crackers or red and green pepper strips
In a medium bowl, combine cheeses. Mix in remaining ingredients except walnuts and crackers and pepper strips. Place mixture on plastic wrap and shape into a ball; wrap tightly and chill thoroughly. Roll in chopped walnuts and serve with assorted crackers or strips of red and green peppers. Makes 4 cups.
