15-oz. can chili with beans 2 10-oz. cans enchilada sauce 2 T. onion, grated 12-oz. pkg. nacho cheese tortilla chips, crushed and divided 2-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1-1/4 c. sour cream
Combine chili, enchilada sauce and onion in a large bowl. Set aside
2 cups crushed chips and 1/2 cup cheese for topping; add remaining chips and cheese to chili mixture. Spoon mixture into a greased 11"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven; top with sour cream, remaining chips and remaining cheese. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serves 6. | |
