1 lb. deli hard salami, diced
1 lb. deli salami, diced
1 lb. deli ham, diced
1 lb. pepperoni, diced
1 lb. provolone cheese, diced
1 head lettuce, chopped
dried oregano to taste
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Garnish: sliced tomatoes, onion
6 sub buns, split
Combine meats, cheese and lettuce in a large bowl; sprinkle with oregano. Mix together oil and vinegar; toss with meat mixture. Spoon into sub buns and top with tomatoes and onion. Serves 6.
