15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. salsa
2 C. lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
15-1/4 oz. can corn, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bacon bits
1 c. ranch salad dressing
Optional: tortilla chips
Combine black beans and salsa in a small bowl. Layer bean mixture, lettuce and next 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with bacon bits; drizzle with dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 8.
