1-1/3 c. instant rice, uncooked 1/4 c. green pepper, diced 1/4 c. onion, diced 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. catsup 1 T. butter, diced
Combine all ingredients except butter in a 9" aluminum foil pie plate;
mix well. Dot with butter. Cover with heavy-duty foil; seal edges tightly.
Grill, covered, for 14 to 15 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid is
absorbed. Open carefully; fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
