Featured Tip: No need to slice and serve...bake a quiche in muffin or custard cups for oh-so simple individual servings. When making minis; reduce the baking time by about 10 minutes; and slide a toothpick into each to check for doneness.

There are a lot of really good recipes in this cookbook and they are easy to make and good-tasting. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking to add some new recipes or some old favorites to your collection |

My husband purchased this cookbook for my birthday last year. I have used several of the recipes in it, and have really enjoyed all of them. The recipes are easy to follow and really lend themselves to "experimenting." I make notes for myself to try the recipe a little differently next time, and it has really worked out fine. I use the cookbook a lot, and am glad my husband got it for me. |
