This is the most wonderful book. I have cooked with eggplant, zucchini, lots of tomatoes, onions and a grocery cart full of luscious colorful vegetables because of this book. I am a cookbook "collector" and this is by far my most loved and used book and I've only had it about a month. I would love to have a cookbook just like this for every season so we could enjoy each season's produce section picking out the ripest and finest produce for our tasty and healthy meals. I truly love this book. |
