This is just a great cookbook, and on the rating I keep for myself, since I have so many cookbooks, this one was a 5 Starr immediately. Lots of great recipes, some traditional ones, and also some with new ingredients, that are easily purchased and make doing the recipe so much easier. A great book to have! |
