This little cookbook has a lot of easy to follow burger recipes in it. Being a vegetarian, I am always looking for ways to spice up my rice and lentil burgers, and these variations will be awesome to try! There's even a yummy looking bean chili burger recipe! Here's to no more boring burgers!

I don't know how anyone can say this book is too simplistic.... We are, after all, talking about hamburgers. There are many creative ideas in the book for this staple, travelling the world as you cook: from Mexican to meatball burgers(!) to turkey with fruits to pork combos to Greek.... all with appropriate accompanying seasonings and other toppings. (Burgers with diced peaches mixed in with the meat prior to cooking? Sounds interesting...) Enjoy!
