I was very attracted to this book because by the time dinner rolls around I rarely feel like cooking and this looked like a way to streamline my evenings. I wanted to try at least one recipe so that I could give a fair review, so I made one this evening and it was amazing.
I prepared "Denise's Shrimp Pasta". The recipe calls for Italian dressing and I wanted one that wasn't too oily, but that tasted great because this would be the basis of the sauce. I considered half a dozen, but settled on Annies Homegrown Tuscany Italian Dressing, 8 Ounce It was perfect.
My husband went back for seconds and thirds. A keeper and can't wait to try the other recipes. I will report back. |
