I make a lot of our family's meals in a crock pot because we are very busy. I am particularly fond of the Orange Chicken found on page 137. My husband loves Chinese food, but I do not. This recipe has allowed me to eat something I normally would not choose while satisfying my husband's love of Chinese food. I have grown to like this meal so much that we eat it once or twice a month.
