Sales Account Representative:
This full-time position will be very active in closing sales and making cold calls via telephone from our home office to our wholesale accounts and prospects. We take care of each customer from start to finish…sales calls to order entry to customer satisfaction, if necessary. Occasional overnight travel to tradeshows will be required of this position.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with sales experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Internet a must. A love of cookbooks a plus!
Responsibilities:
- 500 Sales Calls, per week, via phone, while updating CRM system
- Maintain existing accounts, while working to secure new accounts via outbound sales calls
- Increase sales volume by upselling/cross-selling
- Order entry and account set-up once approved
- Order details and customer satisfaction issues with wholesale customers
- Appear in new product and training videos
- Overnight travel to tradeshows, showrooms and events
- Support to other wholesale staff members, Manager and company
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales experience, preferably via telephone
- Strong PC skills with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written skills
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Flexible hours based on regional territory time-zones
- Ability to work alone and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate, negotiable based on experience

Sales Support and Receivable Clerk:
This full-time position is a critical part of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with sales and collection experience. Strong written & verbal skills for communications is a must. Also a must is experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and the internet.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order entry and account set-up once approved
- Follow-up with sales people and/or customers if order submitted in incomplete
- Handling customer satisfaction issues with wholesale customers
- Support to other wholesale staff members, Manager and company
- Weekly phone, email and letter follow-up on collections to keep A/R within terms set by Management
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous collection experience, preferably via telephone
- Prior Sales or Collection experience
- Strong PC skills with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written skills

- Hourly pay rate, negotiable based on experience
